    Article Snippet: Single-cell cDNAs were prepared using SMART-Seq v4 Ultra Input Low RNA kit for the Fluidigm C1 System (Clontech), and quality was confirmed with the Agilent 2200 TapeStation and quantified by Qubit. (Thermo Fisher).
